Basic Low Back Stretches
Some simple rules to improve the safety and results of your stretches

If you are experiencing pain or discomfort during this stretching activity discontinue exercises & consult a doctor | |

Always warm up before stretching. |
This can be achieved by doing light aerobic exercise such as walking for 5 minutes prior to stretching.

Stretch muscle to tension slowly and do not bounce | |
|
Hold the stretch for 20 seconds then release slowly | |
|
Rest for 10 seconds then repeat this cycle 2 additional times | |
|
Perform stretches on each legs 3 times |
