Stretching Instructions

Basic Low Back Stretches

Some simple rules to improve the safety and results of your stretches

If you are experiencing pain or discomfort during this stretching activity discontinue exercises & consult a doctor

Always warm up before stretching. 

                    This can be achieved by doing light aerobic exercise such as walking for 5 minutes prior to stretching.

Stretch muscle to tension slowly and do not bounce

bullet

Hold the stretch for 20 seconds then release slowly

bullet

Rest for 10 seconds then repeat  this cycle 2 additional times

bullet

Perform stretches on each legs 3 times
